These terms apply to your use of Hypedle, run by Wikivec Inc.. By using the site you agree to them. You must be at least 13 to use it.

The game

Hypedle is a free daily puzzle. Each day's curve is built from public Wikipedia pageview data and picked by us.

Wikipedia data

Pageview numbers come from the Wikimedia Foundation under CC0. Article excerpts shown after a puzzle come from Wikipedia under CC BY-SA 4.0, with a link to the article. Hypedleisn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation, and “Wikipedia” is its trademark. A spike shows that many people read an article on a day; it says nothing about why, and nothing about the subject.

Fair play

Please don't post the answer where people haven't chosen to see it. The share button gives a spoiler-free result.

Unlimited

• Unlimited is a subscription to extra features (the archive of past puzzles and practice packs). The daily puzzle stays free.
• It's billed by Wikivec Inc. through Stripe, monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout (Stripe may show it in your currency), and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime with “Manage billing or cancel” on the Unlimited page. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If you're in the EU, the UK or anywhere that gives you a cooling-off period, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment; write to us. Otherwise payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires.
• If we change the price, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Unlimited is for your own use. Each device needs its own sign-in link, which you can get any time from the Unlimited page.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
